The Pop-Off Valve (Blow-off Valve) is used many different Weber applications. It's connected between the fuel pressure regulator and the inlet plenum, and relieves excess turbocharger back-pressure. The 16 PSI vacuum operated valve is 100% mechanical, and doesn't rely upon electrical power or input.
